Our comprehensive rehabilitation unit "The Short Track" consists of an experienced team of licensed professional rehabilitation therapists including:

• Occupational Therapists
• Speech & Language Pathologists

We Offer:

• Wound Care including Vac Therapy
• Physical, Occupational, Respiratory and Speech Therapies
• Individualized Plan of Care
• Home evaluations to ensure a safe return home
• Dr. Scharf, Dr. Newman and Dr. Patel work together to make transitions between facilities and home smoother
• Patients who are ineligible for HSR in the beginning may start their Rehab at Short Track then transfer to HSR when eligible

Our Therapists provide caring and experienced treatment for adults overcoming the challenges and debilitation brought on by an acute injury, illness, or surgery. Our experience and care in assisting adults successfully enables our short-term rehabilitation unit to bridge the road to recovery between hospital and home.

"The Short Track Rehabilitation" offers semi-private accommodations, in an environment where adults in need of short-term rehabilitation can work to meet their goals to return home safely.
